Function base64ToByteArray

base64ToByteArray(base64): Uint8Array
Converts a Base64 encoded string into a byte array. The 6-bit width Base64 data is converted to a binary string then written to a byte array.
Parameters
- base64: string
  A Base64 encoded string.
