Generates the metrics name for the given audio quality properties.
Parameters
- trackType: null | AmznTrackType
  The extended amz-music:trackType value or SD for AAC tracks.
- sampleRate: null | number
  The audio sampling rate. E.g. 44100
- bandwidth: null | number
  The audio bandwidth. E.g. 48859, 257566
